House Clearance & Hoarding Specialist
Full-house clearances and sensitive hoarding clean-ups — Pete’s crew does the mahi, skips included.
When it’s more than a skip
Some jobs are too big — or too personal — to tackle with just a bin on the driveway. Christchurch Skip Hire is the house clearance and hoarding specialist for those jobs: full-house clearances after a move or a lifetime of accumulation, tenancy turnarounds, garage-and-sleepout mountains, and sensitive hoarding situations where dignity matters as much as disposal. Pete’s family crew arrives with the skips, clears room by room, and leaves the property empty, swept and ready for whatever comes next.
Hoarding clean-ups in particular need patience, not judgement. With over 15 years in Christchurch homes — family-run since 2001 — the team works at the household’s pace, separates what matters from what goes, and handles the confronting scale of it without fuss. One call organises bins, labour and removal together, instead of you coordinating skips, trailers and tip runs around an already stressful situation.
What a clearance covers
Whole-house contents: furniture, whiteware, mattresses, clothing, books, toys, sheds, garages and green waste and section junk to match. General waste travels in the fleet’s 2m³ to 7m³ skips; concrete, brick, tiles and clean soil go separately in the 2m³ hardfill skip. If there are single precious or bulky items needing special care — a piano, a full lounge suite for family — say so when you call and the crew plans around them.
